Once shipped on-site, our small team of construction technicians are able to assemble the building quickly and efficiently using automation to assemble the structure.
Design
Each project starts with a digital model that generates a custom kit of interlocking blocks and detailed drone assembly instructions. This approach ensures every component is made to fit, optimizing structural performance, minimizing waste, and enabling rapid, error-free construction.
Manufacture
Our blocks are produced using automated, just-in-time manufacturing with 3D-printed molds. This allows us to locally fabricate high-performance blocks on demand, reducing shipping costs, cutting lead times, and making it possible to scale disaster-resilient construction wherever it's needed.
Build
Once the site is prepped, we deliver a custom-manufactured kit of interlocking blocks, along with our drone swarms and a small team of technicians. Every block is pre-mapped to its position in the structure, enabling precise, efficient assembly.
Our drones work in coordinated teams to lift, place, and lock the blocks into place—while technicians handle the few tasks that require manual oversight. With no need for mortar or heavy machinery, walls go up quickly and cleanly.
Once structural assembly is complete, we pack up and leave the rest of the project to proceed on a faster, more resilient foundation.
